Brian Jones President and Chief Executive Officer

Brian Jones – President and Chief Executive Officer

Brian is an experienced IT leader with 35+ years of experience bridging the gap between technology and business. Brian founded Coligos in 2011 and has 24+ years of HCM experience with UltiPro/UKG Pro as a consultant implementing and supporting the product.

Prior to his work in the UltiPro/UKG Pro space, Brian had 11 years of experience with Accenture in the Technology space creating custom systems for large public, private and government clients. This was followed by two years of experience as an IT Director implementing J.D.Edwards OneWorld ERP system and two years at an Anatomic Pathology company.

Brian lives in Nashville with his wife Jenni of 37 years and their dog Moe. Brian and his wife enjoy glamping with friends when the weather is right.

Brian received a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Information Systems from Lipscomb University in Nashville, TN.

Jeremy Ames Chief Operating Officer

Jeremy Ames – Chief Operating Officer

Jeremy is a long-time participant in the HR Technology space. He brings decades of experience to his current role of Chief Operating Officer at Coligos. As CEO and founder of Hive Tech HR, Jeremy led a team of experts who helped their clients find, implement and enhance their Human Capital Management (HCM) technology and strategies.

Jeremy also worked as a director, consultant, systems implementer, and international businessman for several companies, such as Accenture, Fidelity, Workforce Insight and Maximus.

He currently serves as Vice President of the Advisor Collective, a collection of industry firms, and was the CFO on the Board of Directors of IHRIM, in addition to being on the SHRM HR Technology and Management expertise committee.

Andi Farrant Client Liaison

Andi Farrant - Client Liaison

Andi is a certified HR Professional with 10 years of experience across the Healthcare and Technology industries. After graduating from the University of Georgia with a Psychology degree in 2011, she pursued a Customer Support role with Ultimate Software. She continued to rise through the ranks in Customer Success from 2012-2016, and in 2016 she made the decision to leave Ultimate Software and begin her HR career.

She held several positions within various Human Resource organizations including most recently a Director of People Operations position at a healthcare startup. In 2021, she decided to combine her Ultimate Software and HR experience into the Client Liaison role here at Coligos Consulting.

She lives in Roswell, GA with her husband Scott, her 8-month-old daughter Persephone, and her cat Biscuit. She is currently PHR certified.

Janine Tismo Senior Director Managed Services

Janine Tismo - Senior Director Managed Services

Janine is a proven hands-on technical, HR, and cross-functional leader with a successful track record of bringing technology, innovation, and HR into one cohesive employee experience. She brings more than 21+ years of expertise in the Ultimate Software/UKG HRMS/Payroll industry to her role at Coligos Consulting.

From her early days as a software engineer and DBA to her current role as Senior Director, Managed Services, Janine has worn many hats and consistently pushed boundaries across multiple business sectors. She doesn’t merely follow trends; she sets them.

In the ever-changing landscape of software development, Janine bridges the technical and human aspects. As a former customer and employee of Ultimate Software/ UKG, she understands that software isn’t just code; it impacts lives. Her user-centric approach ensures that UKG’s products enhance employee engagement and productivity.

Janine received a Bachelor’s of Science Business Administration – Management Information Systems degree from the University of Dayton in Ohio.

Selma McGregor Director of Program Management

Selma McGregor – Director of Program Management

Selma is a proficient and skilled professional with a passion for Program Management. She brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise from managing and leading programs for companies in the small, mid-size and enterprise markets. After receiving her Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Selma began her career as a System Engineer and progressed to IT Programmer, before moving forward to IT governance, project/portfolio management, and vendor relationship management across multiple industries. As a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and ITIL professional, she’s dedicated to elevating the team’s overall performance by sharing her knowledge of project management methodologies, approaches, and best practices.

As the Director of Program Management for Coligos Consulting, Selma established overall program governance and ensures the effective execution of our IT initiatives. She plays a pivotal role in aligning IT projects with business objectives and optimizing resource utilization across the organization. With a strategic mindset, Selma leverages strong business acumen and a customer-centric approach to ensure Coligos meets project commitments and delivers value to each client.

Selma is continually amazed by Coligos’ team of outstanding professionals. Her team partners with and guides clients from project launch, through project execution, to project completion. She’s convinced that the Initiation, Project Management, and Delivery teams you’ll meet at Coligos are the best partners in the industry! Outside of work, Selma enjoys time with her family, friends, and THE good book. Her latest guilty pleasure is witnessing beautiful sites across the USA and experiencing good food along the way.

Nicci Blady Technical Consultant Manager

Nicci Blady – Technical

Nicci is a seasoned professional in the Information Technology (I.T.) industry, currently serving as the Technical Consultant Manager at Coligos Consulting. With over a decade of experience in I.T., Nicci's journey began as a Helpdesk Support Supervisor before transitioning to roles of increasing responsibility, including serving as an I.T. professional for a medical office.

Nicci's career trajectory reflects a passion for both people and data, making the role of Technical Consultant Manager an ideal fit. In this capacity, Nicci leverages expertise in I.T. solutions alongside a deep understanding of client needs to drive meaningful outcomes.

Driven by a genuine love for the work and a strong commitment to excellence, Nicci is dedicated to delivering top-tier service to clients while fostering a collaborative and supportive environment within Coligos Consulting. Passionate about both the work she does and the company she represents, Nicci strives to embody the values of professionalism, expertise, and integrity in every aspect of her role.

Nicci has a Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies with concentrations in Mathematics and Computer Science from Tennessee State University.
