Selma McGregor – Director of Program Management
Selma is a proficient and skilled professional with a passion for Program Management. She brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise from managing and leading programs for companies in the small, mid-size and enterprise markets. After receiving her Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Selma began her career as a System Engineer and progressed to IT Programmer, before moving forward to IT governance, project/portfolio management, and vendor relationship management across multiple industries. As a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and ITIL professional, she’s dedicated to elevating the team’s overall performance by sharing her knowledge of project management methodologies, approaches, and best practices.
As the Director of Program Management for Coligos Consulting, Selma established overall program governance and ensures the effective execution of our IT initiatives. She plays a pivotal role in aligning IT projects with business objectives and optimizing resource utilization across the organization. With a strategic mindset, Selma leverages strong business acumen and a customer-centric approach to ensure Coligos meets project commitments and delivers value to each client.
Selma is continually amazed by Coligos’ team of outstanding professionals. Her team partners with and guides clients from project launch, through project execution, to project completion.
